Ably led by its Managing Director, Bijay Agarwal, a first generation entrepreneur, who has built a rock- solid empire through ethical business practices. Today, he stands tall as the driving force behind the success of the brand, that is a front runner in the realty space, scripting its success story, with unwavering commitment.

The Sattva Group started in 1993 in Bengaluru. The company made its foray with a commercial building, followed by a residential project in Indiranagar. Taking advantage of the thriving IT growth, the Group was a front runner in setting up some of the first IT Tech Parks in the city, in the late 90s. With uncanny vision, Bijay Agarwal was instrumental in changing the skyline of the IT Capital.

In the year 2007 his vision, steered the Group towards the residential sector in full earnest, influenced by the global financial environment. This led to Sattva’s strong financial consolidation. Today, the Group has completed 114 projects across 7 cities in India and set a benchmark in both the Commercial and Residential spaces. The Group has a CRISIL ‘A’ stable rating, the highest financial rating for any real estate company in India.

In a span of 3 decades, Bijay Agarwal has taken the group to a leadership position having mastered all areas of Project Quality and Execution, with on time delivery, being a key factor in his success story. By leveraging the best of technology, innovation and IT, he has scripted the Group’s growth, achieving 48 million sq ft of completed space and 36 million sq ft in progress. Small wonder, he was named as ‘Global Indian of the Year’ by Asia One magazine, in 2018.

Today, he heads a large conglomerate with interests in Education, Hospitality, Urban Development, Facility Management, D&B Solutions, Retail, Aerospace and Warehousing. Setting firm footprints, he has captured the Hyderabad market with world class Tech Parks and 30 million sq ft. of upcoming, cutting-edge commercial space in the city. He has also made a foray into co-living and co-working ventures.

A financial wizard, he has formed strategic partnerships with top international players for Real Estate investments. Passionate about education, he is the Chairman of the Greenwood International chain of schools, which imparts all-round education and has won awards for the best International School in the city. Perhaps his degree in Owner/President Management (OPM) from Harvard Business School in 2015, stoked his passion to bring an international standard of Education, back home.

A well-recognised pillar of the Real Estate business, Mahesh Khaitan, is a Director in the Sattva Group. With two and a half decades of expertise, he has to his credit, the execution of over 110 projects across the country. He is a maestro in every aspect of the Project Process from planning to design, construction, coordination, execution and administration and leaves no stone unturned to ensure that every customer, be it residential or corporate, gets a perfect living or working space.

Today, he has crafted the Group’s foray into Hyderabad with over 18 million sq.ft of commercial development in Hyderabad, setting up IT Tech parks of global standards. Knowledge City a flagship project of the group is the testimony to his keen project engineering and development skills.

Mr. Khaitan is also well-versed in legal matters and sanctions and keeps abreast of the latest technologies and innovations in the business. A people’s person, his relationship with customers and civic agencies have won him a loyal base of admirers, who vouch for his professionalism and humane qualities.

A committed family man he is also interested in crunching cricket numbers and strategy while off the construction pitch.

Mahesh Khaitan

Ms. Niru Agarwal serves as a Director at Sattva Group. Her passionate interest in uplifting the standards of Education in Bengaluru led her to become the Managing Trustee and Director of Greenwood High School that runs 2 ICSE, 1 IB and 4 pre-schools across the city. Thanks to her untiring efforts the school was rated as the No . 1 Day-cum-Boarding School in India by Education World. The school specialises in preparing students for higher studies in India and abroad.

Ms. Agarwal is also the interface for the Group’s social commitments and welfare schemes. She plays an active role in the CSR initiatives of the Company. Her creative background and a keen interest in Interior design helped shape the elegant interiors of Sattva’s Head Office in Ulsoor. She is also a trained Kathak dancer.

Director

A postgraduate, Jagannath Subba Rao has 3 decades of rich experience in the banking sector. With his keen financial acumen, Mr. Rao has been a guiding force in maintaining financial discipline within the Group and has guided it through his 17-year-long stint.

Pradeep Kumar is an innovative financial strategist. A B.Com. graduate, he started his career with Sattva in the year 1992 and leads the Finance and Accounts teams within the Group.

Pradeep has ably handled all the financial transactions of the MNCs that the Group houses in its many commercial properties across India. With his keen acumen, he was able to make quick inroads as a trusted resource for the company and earned the coveted post of Vice President – Finance, within a span of just 6 years.

Thanks to his continued efforts to maintain financial stability, the Group has earned financial stability and discipline. His simple philosophy that financial health is the ‘breathing’ and very life of a company’s existence and if this ‘breathing’ is right, a company can grow steadily to new heights, has helped Sattva achieve success.

Pradeep Dhandhania
VP – Finance

PK Mishra has been with Sattva for 2 decades. He ensures Planning, Contract and Supply Chain Management for the group. He has efficiently spearheaded the Facilities Management functions of the group, ensuring its smooth operations. Mr. Mishra also looks into Corporate Affairs and the Environment Management portfolio of the group. A keen advocate for green measures, he has worked tirelessly to bring about green initiatives and best practices in all projects across the country. He is passionate about CSR initiatives and sustainable development.

Pradyumna Mishra
VP – Planning, Procurement and Facilities Management

Sanjay Agarwal plays a lead role in the Marketing and Sales strategies of the Sattva Group. With more than 3 decades of rich expertise within the Company, starting from when residential projects were first set up, he has played a hands-on role in shaping the company’s dynamic growth in Residential projects across cities. Heading a team of 30 sales executives he has directed the company’s aggressive foray into residential spaces with many landmark projects and an overall 40+ residential projects, and many more in the pipeline. A financial genius and strong people’s person, his keen acumen and friendly approach have made him a sought-after leader within the Group. His unique ability to relate to every customer is behind the strong customer relationship that the group enjoys today.
